This Peach Pie Filling is so stinkin’ easy!  It is a little treat my roommate’s mom would make for us when we were in college.  I always loved it.  It can be customized with your favorite fruits too, and it is super kid-friendly!

It makes a pretty big batch, which is great because my kids love it for snacks and dessert!  Making it is so simple!  Here’s what you do!

How to Make Peach Pie Filling Fruit Salad:

  1. Thaw frozen sliced strawberries.  
  2. Chop bananas right before mixing.
  3. Mix canned peach pie filling with thawed frozen strawberries, bananas, grapes, and canned mandarin oranges.
  4. Refrigerate before serving.
  5. This can be divided into small plastic containers and frozen for school lunches!

Ingredients

  • 1 can peach pie filling
  • 1/2 pint -1 pint fresh or frozen (thawed) sliced strawberries
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups grapes
  • 15 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Refrigerate before serving.

Notes

This can be divided into small plastic storage containers and frozen.

    1. Hi Doris! It serves about 4 to 6. We normally eat this pretty fast, so the bananas do not turn. When I was in college, we would keep it in the fridge for a few days and it was fine.
