Recipe:
2 ½ cups small shells pasta, uncooked
¾ lb 90 ct shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tsp creole seasoning, divided
1 small green bell pepper
1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes
2 tbsp Spice World Easy Onion
1 cup mayo
3 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1 tsp yellow mustard
Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add 2 tsp creole seasoning and shrimp. Boil shrimp for 2 minutes. Turn off heat and let them sit in the seasoned water for about 5 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Dice bell pepper and halve grape tomatoes.
To a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup mayo, 2 tbsp Spice World Easy Onion, 1 tsp creole seasoning, 2 tbsp chopped parsley, and 1 tsp yellow mustard. Stir to combine.
Add in cooked pasta, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Stir to combine all ingredients. Top with remaining fresh chopped parsley.

Recipe:
1.5 pounds baby yellow potatoes
1 small yellow onion
2 tbsp Spice World Minced Garlic
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
12 oz smoked pork sausage
4 tbsp butter
heavy duty foil
1. Preheat smoker to 350 degrees.
2. Slice potatoes into 1/4 in discs and slice onion. Add to a mixing bowl.
3. Add Spice World Minced Garlic, salt, pepper.
4. Slice sausage and add to bowl.
5. Stir until well combined.
6. Tear 4 12x17 inch sheets of heavy duty foil.
7. To the center of each sheet, divide up the potato sausage mixture.
8. Top each with a tbsp of butter.
9. Fold up sides and roll up the edges sealing tightly.
10. Place packets in smoker and cook for about 35 minutes.
11. Remove from heat and allow to cool for about 5 minutes before opening. Be careful of steam when opening package. Enjoy as a main dish or as a side!
