[ssba]

It’s time for another Weekly Family Meal Plan.  Each plan includes five weeknight meals, a breakfast, and a dessert idea!!
Weekly Family Meal Plan - Includes five weeknight meals, a breakfast, and a dessert idea!!

Welcome to the weekend and to another Weekly Family Meal Plan folks!  So is it going to be a lazy weekend or a productive one for y’all?  I need mine to be productive because our kitchen pantry remodel is almost complete.  I’m talking we are down to the very smallest little annoying details.  I will be starting to move stuff in there, and I cannot wait to share pictures with you all once it is done!
In the meantime, take a look at these yummy ideas for your week!  I truly hope it’s a great one for you!

Monday (Meatless) – Southwest Carrot & Black Bean Soup
I love southwest flavors, so I love everything about this soup!

Tuesday – Zucchini Meatballs & Tomato Gravy
My kiddos ate their veggies when I made this one!
Zucchini Meatballs & Tomato Gravy - A perfect way to sneak those vegetables into meatballs! Plus they are served with a delicious tomato gravy and carrots. They are perfect served over mashed potatoes.

Wednesday – Stovetop Mac and Cheese with Bacon and Chicken
My kids are going to love this one!  They could eat mac and cheese for every meal, and they will go crazy over the bacon!

Thursday – Honey Mustard Glazed Chicken Thighs
I am always looking for new chicken recipes, and honey mustard with chicken is one of the best things ever!

Friday – Chicken Alfredo Gnocchi Bake with Bacon
Confession time…I’ve never had gnocchi.  After looking at this dish, this needs to change soon!

Breakfast- Tangerine Dark Chocolate Donuts
I bet the citrus flavor in these tastes wonderful!

Dessert – Coconut & Caramel Pecan Parfaits
I love this dessert!  Plus it makes a great large trifle dish too!
Coconut & Caramel Pecan Parfait - A decadent dessert filled with layers of pecan cookie crust, toasted coconut, cream cheese filling, and caramel. It would be perfect as a trifle dish too!

I am a wife to an awesome husband, mother of four great kids, and a middle school math teacher. I love collecting recipes and cookbooks! Being able to share the things I make with others is so much fun for me. I have gotten so many cookbooks and torn so many recipes out of magazines! This is my way to really make use of them. I am starting this blog as a way to chronicle the recipes I’ve tried and pass them along. I hope everyone enjoys!!!
