Happy Saturday folks!  I really had to think about what day it is because I’m currently on a beach trip with some friends.  We are having the best time relaxing on the beach and reading all day.  I’ve looked forward to this trip all year.  And I’ve looked forward to sharing these great recipes this week with you guys!  There are quite a few of these I can’t wait to try.  Hope you enjoy!!
