It’s time for another Weekly Family Meal Plan. Each plan includes five main dishes, a soup, a breakfast, a snack, and a dessert idea!!
Hi guys! It’s time for our first week of February!! And February is like Christmas around here! We have two birthdays this month, two parties, a Mardi Gras Ball, and another cheer competition. I’m surely going to be tired when it is all said and done.
We’ve changed up how we are doing the menu plan a little. We decided to provide you guys with four main dishes, a soup, a dessert, a breakfast and a snack. We hope you find a few things to put on your menu this week. I think this one is my favorite one we’ve put together so far!
Main Dish #1 – Skillet Chicken Caesar Salad
This looks like a perfect quick and easy healthy meal to start the week.
Main Dish #2 – Smoky Tex Mex Sloppy Joes
This one sounds like my kind of meal! I love sloppy joes!
Main Dish #3 – Southwest Crock Pot Stuffed Peppers
I love stuffed peppers! I need this crock pot version!
Main Dish #4 – Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Pork Tacos with Candied Bacon
I think it is so much fun to use my slow cooker to prepare meat to use in dishes like this one. It’s seriously my favorite way to use one!
Soup – Cheesy Southwest Chicken Soup
This soup was comfort food for sure! We loved it!
Breakfast – Sausage Polenta Breakfast Bake
I’m excited about this one! I’ve never made polenta before, and this looks like a great one to try!
I think it would also make a great breakfast for supper idea!!
Dessert – Chocolate Shortbread Cake
I CANNOT WAIT to make these little babies! They are made in muffin tins and would make a perfect Valentine’s Day dessert!!
Snack Idea – Sweet and Salty Popcorn Bark
I’m thinking this would make a great homemade Valentine treat!!!
