Happy New Year everyone! Hope you are all enjoying your holiday weekend! I love these long weekends, but I must admit I keep having to ask myself what day it even is right now. This week everything gets back to normal, the kiddos head back to school, and the relentless routine gets back into gear. But that’s okay because our family works really well on a routine! But I am sad to say goodbye to this truly wonderful time of year. But onto new beginnings and a new year…and a new weekly menu plan!
Monday (Meatless) – Roasted Sweet Potato with a Spicy Peanut Sauce
I love bow-tie pasta, and this dish sounds so wonderful!
Tuesday – One-Pot Chili Mac & Cheese
My kids love nights when I make dishes like this one!
Wednesday – Thyme-Crusted Pork Roast with a Soy Caramel Sauce
I can’t wait to try this one! I love it when I get to bake my veggies and meat all in one pot!
Thursday – Slow Cooker Balsamic Chicken Sandwiches
This one is so easy and delicious! Plus you can make wraps with it too!
Friday – Philly Cheesesteak French Bread Pizza
The cheese sauce on these looks amazing!
Breakfast – Stuffed Acorn Squash
My husband would totally love me if I made him this breakfast!!
Dessert – French Vanilla Silk Pie
I heart pie! This one looks perfect right about now!
