your right about this being perfect for summer.. definitely will be recreating this in my kitchen, as i have an abundance of sweet corn waiting to be used. love it!

I am so ready for our fresh sweet corn to start coming in Jaren, love, love fresh corn! lol I will soon be busy freezing that corn too, but it is so worth it to have it all winter long. This recipe looks really good and I would have no problems eating it as I love onions, pepper and corn!! So happy to hear the baby is really good and doesn’t wake often for feedings. I was lucky that way too. My kids were sleeping through the night at 5 days and 9 days old. Enjoy that sleep!!! Hugs, Brenda
