I made the Slow Cooker Potatoes last Sunday when the kids/grandkids were here – it was sooo hot that I couldn’t bring myself to turn on the oven so I made these in my medium sized crock pot. Followed directions except for omitting the green onions (nobody likes!). Have to say that this recipe met with RAVE REVIEWS! Can’t wait to make them again – may add a little cooked bacon but they’re great just the way the recipe says! Thanks for an easy dish.

I’m a little bit envious of the shorts and t-shirts! It’s already too cold for that here, although the weekend is supposed to be nice so maybe no jackets will happen! Those potatoes look amazing – I’m pretty sure I am going to have to make those for supper tonight. I’ve never made potatoes in the slow cooker before so I definitely need to try that!

What a fun weekend camping trip! I love the idea of renting a cabin a park. Rustic BUT still gives me the shelter I need…haha. These slow cooker potatoes look perfectly cheesy and totally delicious!
