Hi! I just tried this and it was great!! so easy!! I’m trying to add a little cornstarch slurry now at the end to see if it thickens the sauce a bit, but the chicken is great!!! Thank you!

I love slow cooker recipes and this one really looks wonderful! The chicken looks so tender, almost like a pulled pork. Can’t wait to try – thanks for sharing!

In reply to Rachel Owen. Hi Rachel! I haven't tried to make it without the salad dressing as it is a key ingredient in the marinade. You can maybe try increasing the balsamic liquid and adding some garlic powder, onion powder, and any other spices you like. I also like to keep an Italian dressing seasoning packet on hand too. If you have one of those you could season with a tablespoon of that as well. Thanks for visiting!
