These Patty Melts look so good, they remind me of the ones at Steak and Shake, which I miss SO much out here in Hawaii. I’m going to give yours a try though, because they are calling my name! And Jaren, you are totally amazing for posting such awesome recipes while potty training, caring for your kiddos, AND having a 3-week old at home!! Seriously! And oh yes, she will finish potty training one of these days! We had to kind of give up with my son until he turned 3 because it was just not happening, but I’ve heard it’s a lot easier to potty train girls. Hang in there though, mama, and go easy on yourself. 🙂
