Hi Jaren –
I didn’t see your reply until after I made the zucchini fries, but that’s OK. I just added around 1/2-3/4 c of panko and they turned out well anyway. Great recipe, & everyone enjoyed the “fries”. This is definitely a “keeper”! Thanks you.

You mention panko in your blob prior to the recipe but it was left out of the actual “ingredients” you listed in the recipe. Also, how much…1/2 c,1 c? I am looking forward to trying the recipe. It sounds really good!

Ahhhhh nighttime is the WORST!!!! I can behave all day, mainly because I’m at work without easy access to treats, but nighttime kills me. This looks like a delicious way to mix up my side dish! Lucky for me I have 5” on you 😉

Oh my gosh we sound exactly the same. I am the same height so any weight gain is noticeable. I love these zucchini fries! What a great way to make a simple healthier swap!
