Hi Jaren, just made this recipe and it was delicious! My husband ate 2 full plates and we’ll have enough left for tomorrow’s lunch 😂
Since we’re vegan I made it with plantbased ingredients and added more veggies: bellpepper, carrots, corn and green beans.This will definitely be on the menu often from now on! 😊

I am making this tonight for me and my husband. We’ve had it in regular rotation for years. I happened to notice it’s been up for going on 10 years! I don’t think we’ve used it that long, but maybe around 8.
Thanks for an easy way to enjoying cabbage rolls. My favorite is finishing in one pot 💛

In reply to Jeanette. Hi Jeanette! I'm sure this would be fine to bake. Rice can be a little tricky. I would definitely cover with foil. I'll have to try it out too to adjust cooking time :)
