Hi Wendy! Sorry for not being very clear on that recipe!! You add the shrimp in with everything else before starting the rice cooker. I’ll update the recipe!! And it is regular rice. I like to use medium-grain.

You can do this in a sauce pan on the stove. After adding all the ingredients, bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover it with lid and let it cook for 20 minutes before checking to see if rice is cooked.
