In reply to Joan Stanzione. Hi Joan! You can make them, freeze them, and take them out when you are ready. I would use them within in a month or two. I would then keep them in the fridge and use them in a few days.

In reply to Erika. Hi Erika! Chilling would be a good idea. I didn't have too bad of a flattening problem with mine, but I would think chilling would help. I worked pretty quickly to get them in the freezer for the next stage as well. Thanks so much for visiting and letting me know how they turned out! Have a great weekend!!

I just made these tonight and I would recommend chilling the mixture before rolling and freezing as I rolled at room temp and my balls flattened quickly.
