These look really good Jaren! My guys would have loved some of these when they were younger. I no longer have to make 8 lunches a day in the summer, but would have loved some of these recipes back then! Yes summer is a time not to be slaving in the kitchen. I too love to be outside and hanging out by my pool. So might even try some of these for a nice light supper! Hugs, Brenda
