Hi Lee! I don’t have a very fancy set up. I use a fry daddy. But if you do it on the stove, you can heat the oil to 375 degrees.

I left my full time job in October and opened my store in November and there has been no time for anything. Anything! I am usually really organized and have things planned and done in advance but everything is totally on the fly now. It is hard adjusting to a new routine. I hope we both get the hang of it soon!
