I came across this and thought “I’ve got to try that!” and I’m so glad I did….what a hit with the family. I’m going to try it with cherry pie filling and strawberry pie filling next ~ (leaving off the cinnamon) ~ and I bet it’ll be just as scrumptious!!

Results are great. Simple yet delightful dessert. I made it easier by using the crescent dough sheets, no seams. Thank you for sharing this, it’s a winner/keeper.

Oh my goodness such an amazingly easy thing to make. Made the first time in November this past year and craving again so making this again today during July summer weather.

I’d like to cut the sugar in half as I thought last time kind of super sweet so I’ll see how it turns out with a cup less of sugar. Last time I had no help so I worked on the entire pan over about 4 days I think it was until it became almost sickening, it was that good but I’m going to definitely cut the sugar in half. I’m wondering about other canned pie fillings like peach.

I absolutely love this recipe. Thank you! This stuff is just amazingly good. A craving to make this again lately. Yum
