I have to agree, that trip REALLY sounds like the trip of a lifetime! Like you though, I’m not sure I would be able to leave my son for 12 days but for a trip that amazing, I would have to! I say do it!! Haha! And for this pasta, we love pasta dishes like this and the fact that it’s super easy doesn’t hurt either! 🙂

I’ve never been to Europe either! I have been dying to go (mainly to try out all of the amazing food!), but am definitely not there yet either. 🙂 I love fettuccine, and this one looks amazing!

I do the same thing all the time. I think there always needs to be a trip in the future to plan. A cruise to Europe sounds wonderful, it’s a trip I’d love to take too. I love this chicken fettuccine recipe, I bet the Mexican Velveeta makes the sauce so creamy!
