Hi, i’ve just discovered your website. I have to say i’m a big fan. I always find it amusing when i come across recipes that are “Australian” or come from the “Outback Steakhouse”. Cheese fries are basically unknown here in Australia, i’ve never been anywhere you can order them. And we don’t have Ranch dressing here either (shock, horror its true). I also hear that they do a “blooming onion” and we also don’t have them here. I know you are not touting this to be an Aussie recipe and you have no control over what restaurants sell, i just wanted to share my amusement with you.
