Absolutely love this recipe! I added Mexican vanilla to it and instead of making the glaze I used sweetened condensed milk so it was even faster and it was perfect!!! I didn’t have enough butter for the pancakes so I substituted 1:1 ratio of avocado oil. Thank you for sharing!

This is so demand easy!! I left out about 1/4 cup of flour and added in a scoop of salted caramel protein powder. I added in a smidge more of milk because of this, and it was PERFECT. These pancakes are so fluffy!

My whole family loves this recipe. I did add fresh cut pineapple for an “upside down” type of flavor and I made a cream cheese glaze. The directions are super easy to follow. I just wish it stated what size pan to use, unless I missed that somewhere. I just guessed and my cakes were a bit thicker (which is fine!) My kids asked if we could have this again tomorrow lol.
