In reply to Politely overjoyed. Made this today on a whim and it was fine. It was pretty thin in a 9x13 and didn't puff up as much as I thought it would. Flavor was good, though. Love the idea of a popover\custard style pancake so I'll probably try again with some adjustments. Thanks for the recipe!

In reply to Chantal. Hi Chantal! You cannot sub flour for Bisquick. Bisquick has additional ingredients that aren't in flour that act as a leavener.

This turned out fabulous and was very easy to make, I added vanilla a pinch of salt and cream cheese to the icing. I was like wow this is awesome. Everyone loved it and I will make it again. Thanks 👍
