This Leprechaun Bait Free Printable is an easy was to add a little St. Patrick’s Day treat to someone’s day!  I know my people will enjoy this one.  I know little gifts are the love language of a few of my children for sure!

These are super easy to print out and cut out.  I used this treat bag for mine.  It’s a 4 x 6 inch wide clear bag, but any 4 inch wide bag would work fine!  

You can even cut it in half and punch a hole and use a ribbon to tie it on a treat bag too!
These are perfect treats for classes, your students, your children, grandchildren, and even your co-workers!

This Leprechaun Bait is a cute free printable treat idea for St. Patrick's Day! 

Print

Materials

• Printed Leprechaun Bait sheet (Makes 3 per sheet)
• Skittles
• Rolo Chocolate Caramel candies
• 4 x 6 in. clear treat bags

Tools

• printer
• scissors
• stapler
• cardstock

Instructions

1. Print cardstock sheets of Leprechaun Bait printable.
2. Fill each treat bag with Skittles and Rolos about one quarter of the way up.
3. Staple cut out printable to the top.

I love easy printables!  This Valentine’s Day S’more Printable is super easy for any treats you need to put together this Valentine’s Day!

I’ve included two ways you can use it!  I love the idea of a little s’more kit.  My kids make these all by themselves in the microwave!  It’s an easy tasty treat!  The second treat is super easy too that literally involves dumping ingredients in a big bowl and dividing it up into individual bags!

Valentine's Day S'more Treat Mix

Yield: 12 bags

Ingredients

• 3 cups Golden Grahams cereal
• 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
• 1 1/2 cups Valentine's M&Ms
• 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and divide into treat bags.

Hello everyone!  I’m here today with a little bit of a different kind of post.  Sorry no recipe for today, but I wanted to share a printable with you guys instead.  I’ve made a few other printables on here before, and it is something I like to do and share.  I guess it’s the former teacher in me 🙂

So today, I’m showing you what I’m giving as teacher gifts this year.  I found these awesome blankets online, and I instantly fell in love with them!  I love a good blanket!  My kids love a good blanket too!  I’m hoping that the teachers will like them too 🙂  My whole thinking with this gift is for the receiver to feel a little more cozier this Christmas.  And I made this cute little tag to go along with them…

Now I’m not sure if I’ve ever mentioned how very indecisive I am to you guys or not.  It’s gotten a little worse too.  I went to the store to pick up some red ribbon to tie around these blankets.  I came home with 6 different spools of red ribbon… #troublemakingdecisions  My husband just shook his head…

I also had two different ideas in my mind when I made these tags.  So I made both, and have them here for you to choose!  My indecisiveness is your reward 🙂

I actually have a Silhouette, so I have offered a link to the green scalloped tag to be cut using that machine if you have one.  If you don’t, just print them and cut them out.  Either way works fine!

Superhero Lunch Box with Free Lunch Box Notes – A fun MARVEL superhero-themed lunch box and you can print fun Superhero Lunch Box Notes for your little superheroes!

Do you have any superheroes in your house?  How about any children who love them?  We do for sure!  My oldest son can tell you so much about all the superheroes.  He is definitely a young MARVEL enthusiast!  From books to games to costumes, he’s got it all.  I’m even thinking about giving both my boys a superhero-themed bedroom in the near future.

Well now at Walmart, you can find these MARVEL Granola Bars in Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip.  I knew these would be perfect for my little guy and for a superhero-themed lunch box.  I also made some fun lunch box notes to go with it!

I started off making some Cheese & Pretzel Muscle Builders and Grape & Pretzel Muscle Builders.  Next I made a Flash Grilled Cheese.  My little guy is going to be so impressed that mommy knows who Flash is and that he has his shield in the form of a grilled cheese!  #coolmom

Then I made a quick Captain America Snack mix with graham crackers, red & blue candies, and mini marshmallows and a fun Hulk-Smash Yogurt with lime-flavored yogurt and sprinkles.

Tips to prepare this lunch quicker:
-Prepare the Captain America Snack Mix in advance and place in baggies.

-I portion out the yogurt into the bento containers and freeze it.  That morning, I take out the container and add the rest of the lunch items to it.  If not using a bento container, you can freeze yogurt in individual cups with lids.

-Prepare the pretzels separate from the cheese and grapes in little storage bags.  When it’s time to get the lunch box in the morning, just grab the pretzels bag and the grape and cheese cube bag and pack it in the lunch box.  Your little superhero can build his muscle builders while he or she eats!!  Now they have an excuse to play with their food!

But I think what he will be most excited about will be these MARVEL Granola Bars.  Each one has a different character with a message.  There are 6 different wrappers: Captain America, Hulk, Spider Man, Iron Man, Black Widow, and Thor.  Plus, these granola bars are not your average size granola bar.  They are 40% bigger.  On the package you can find 4 collector cards – Hulk, Iron Man, Hawk Eye, and Spider Man.  We can cut them out and collect them all!

Don’t forget to cut out a cute little superhero lunch box note!  I secretly like to include these to encourage my little guy to read!  I know if it has a superhero’s message, he will surely want to figure out what it says.

The other day I shared a Box Tops post with you all that included several of my recipes here on the blog that can be made using Box Tops products.  Today, I wanted to provide you with an educational printable to be used for your collecting.

Since we started school again, my kids have been happily collecting Box Tops.  They like to be the one who finds them and cut them out.  My son, who is in 1st grade this year, took them out of our collection container and started counting them.  And….that got me thinking.  It dawned on me that I could make a Box Tops Math printable for my kids to use while collecting.  All they have to do is glue the cut out Box Tops into the boxes.  For every five they collect, they have to complete a short math problem.

These math skills on this printable are geared towards lower elementary students, particularly in 1st and 2nd grades.  The printable even includes a few higher-order thinking questions since this is primarily what the children need to be doing.

Today is a big day on here you guys!!  I am doing something on this blog I’ve wanted to do for quite some time now.  Most of you know I am a former teacher.  And once a teacher, always a teacher…ask any former teacher 🙂

It just becomes ingrained in you in everything you do from routines at home to talking to any kid you meet.   I feel very comfortable around a crowd of kids.  I guess that’s a good thing being that I have 4 of my own.  (Although I can’t say being “comfortable” makes it a piece a cake around here).

Anyway, one of the tools of the teaching trade is being able to create a fun worksheet or “printable” as it is called in blog-world.  It really was one of my favorite things to do as a teacher.
